Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure date will be charged 25% of the total amount.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure date will be charged 100% of the total amount.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the departure or no-show will be charged 100% of the total amount.

• In case of sickness, a medical certificate is required. We will try to reschedule, but the cancellation policy still applies, and the full balance is due on the booked trip day. Rescheduling may not be possible due to limited availability.
